Eric grew up playing music in St Louis, Kansas City and Brooklyn, NY and came to Cincinnati in the late 1990's. He plays a wide variety of classic American music with a focus on blues, jazz, swing, ragtime and jug band from the early and mid 20th century. Playing both vintage and dime store, acoustic and electrified instruments he performs in Cincinnati and the surrounding areas in several musical settings with musicians from all corners of the local music scene. Eric and Tom Beck have worked together for almost twenty years in groups such as The Cincinnati Dancing Pigs, Cadillac & Catfish, The Cincinnati Hot Six and as a guitar and bass duet.
